Our November 13 dance will be a Sadie Hawkins Dance! This was a woman empowering rite that started in the late 30s and is based on the Li'l Abner comic strip. For a change, we're really encouraging the follows to ask the leaders to dance this month. Leaders - let the follows come ask you out on the floor... unless you want to follow. Big Joe always makes for a night of great dancing. We will be holding the first of three drawings for Blue Sky 5's newest album Tin Goose Jump. Raffle tickets are $1 and will be available at the door. If you bought a ticket at the October dance, make sure you bring it with you. And don't discard your ticket if you don't win - it will still be eligible for our two December drawings at the Blue Sky 5 dance. Remember, you must be present to win.
